You did not give us the $1 off on our order. The first time the discount was not applied to my account. I have always been satisfied in the past .
This is the most expensive cleaner I have ever been to, $22.00 for one mans shirt and one dress. It is ridiculous to charge this much when the service is not better than any other cleaner.

Your prices are extremely, extremely high for dry cleaning. You don’t want to give your customers coupons to get a discount at all. I’ll drove from Westerville Ohio to Gahanna on Morse Road to your dry cleaning store. Some of your help our friendly and others seems very racist. I will never go to your dry cleaning.
You guys really have to get your e-mail notifications straight. They are always a day or two off.
I have been trying to reach your accounting department for a false charge/item classification since thursday May 28th still havent heard back and really not pleased with customer follow up on this case

I had stains on my jacket, I thought the jacket would be ruined. Albany cleaners restored the jacket like new.
When I can in to retrieve my garment, the person who came out from the back to greet me acted unfriendly as I was disturbing her. She was unpleasant to talk to and I felt she was rude as well.
Not sure - dropped off 11 shirts to be laundered and folded on Tuesday the 1st after being assured they would be back by 1:00 on Friday the 4th but no later than 3:00. I explained this was important to me because I had just returned from a trip to Asia and all the short sleeve shirts I liked were used and I had another trip Saturday morning.
