Cleaning was expensive, I requested that 2 buttons to be sewed on that was never done, did not get to store on time
Took in 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed. I already had them marked so they didn’t have to do that. It was over $90 to hem 3 pairs. I could have purchased new pants for that price. Crazy expensive. Will not go back.
I keep trying to remove my email from your email list and it gives me an error. I receive at least 2 emails a week. I did not ask to be on an email list and we do not use your services. It’s very frustrating.

You guys are way to expensive!!! $11.90 to clean a men’s button down shirt.
I was told by your clerk that my address is no longer eligible for pickup. So I asked to be taken off the list. I was assured that I would be. I've since been receiving these emails. I did the "Check here to unsubscribe and it doesn't work." The only response is: Unable to load account. Tenant: NEWALBANYOH . So I realized that no one will take me off, and the automated removal doesn't work. My next step is to filter anything from your company to my trash.
As always, everything comes back looking great and on time. Tracy is always extra nice and always knows me by name. Will return when I need dry cleaning/cleaning done. From rugs to comforters to clothes of all types (including my husband's extra dirty work jackets) everything looks great!
Horrible Experience; expensive clothes ruined followed by an aggressive phone call from the manager.
