If I could rate this place ZERO STARS I would. DO NOT SEND YOUR DRESS HERE. DO NOT. I sent my dress in with extremely sentimental pins pinned in the under layers and forgot to remove them before I sent them in. I realized it after I sent it and immediately called them. The woman told me to call them the day that it arrived to them. So I called back as soon as I got the notification that it arrived and voicemail. Their is a new spot on the front my my wedding gown, i dont know if its a new stain, or a peice of sting or something a just came in it while they were packing it
Misplaced veil and said it was not with gown. Found veil within a few hours after I sent a picture of the veil. Representative apologized and called right away once they found it. I'm so glad!
I am devastated. I was so excited to come home and open my gown. I received the WRONG one. The information on the back of the box is MY name, despite half of the slip is ripped.. and the details of the gown describe my actual wedding gown which is nothing like the gown that was given to me. I think I was missing a few components and they never hesitated to just proceed with the service anyway.
My sister paid for the gown preservation as a gift. Great idea until it was a terrible experience. I had the wrong dress delivered twice! Couldn't believe how Elizabeth from NY received a dress from Jessica in Texas. Not only did it take over a month to fix the issue and receive my personal gown ... But we had to reach out and personally send Jessica her dress. Father of the bride decided it wasn't worth going through the store and paid for his own shipping. The wedding gown was worn 18 years ago. There were 2 stains on the white satin. The dress had a yellowing tinged to it. After we got it back from the cleaning it was perfect and nearly like new.
I am not one to give a bad review but I had an awful experience! When I received my gown the ugliest part of my veil was covering my entire dress! I sent a decorative lace piece that I wore on top of the netted veil and that item was not even displayed at all, in fact, I don't even know if it's in my box. Also, when I received my gown, the box was crumpled which makes for poor presentation and the crumpling caused the seal to tear open in one spot on the front. for the price of this, this was HORRIBLE, especially considering... read more
