My gown looked amazing and they even attached my belt to my dress for no charge! It looks amazing and I can't wait to display it in my office. The only thing I am concerned about is that there was wine, soda and dirt stains on my dress of course at the bottom and in the front. When they packages it you cannot see if the stains are out even though they state that the stains are out, I wish they would have sent a picture to prove that they actually are. I don't want break the seal and void my warranty.
I was great to see my gown all packed away and displayed so nicely. However, even though they had paperwork saying my gown was clean, I would like to have seen a picture so I could see that the stains were gone. Other than that the service was great.
