I obviously didn't open the box when it returned-trying to keep my dress as perfect as possible but it looks gorgeous and I'm hoping to wear it again when we renew our vows in 5 years!!! I would definitely use you guys again!! Thank you soooooooooo much!!
What an excellent concept. The entire process is so painless and convenient. Through the box window, I can see that my gown looks pristine! As I can't open it and ruin it's freshness, I can not check the condition of the rest of the gown. From what I recall, the end of the gown that touched the floor is the dirtiest and so I really wish there was a way to see that. But other than that, this service is absolutely the best thing for anyone with gown-cleaning needs!

Easy to use kit and instructions are easy to follow. Received dress back very quickly and looks clean from the parts I'm able to see. Dress was displayed nicely in box.
Shipping my dress was slightly difficult because my dress was bigger than the box and bag, I literally had to lay on the box to tape it shut. The shipping process was very easy. When I got my dress back I was very excited. My dress looked nice in the box and the certificate they put on the back of the box was nice. However, my box was completely smashed, not sure if it happened during the packing or during shipping but it looked like it was done during packing because the shipping box was flawless.
