Very nice job and quick return
My dress came to me. It looked beautiful. Very nice job. The postal service was rough with the box and there was a hole in the box my gown was in. With a simple phone call to explain what happened, there was an immediate solution. Customer service was fantastic. Thank you.

Once i sent my gown out i received it back in a timely manner. It looked great. I cant believe how beautiful they had it presented in the box. It is a huge dress and is set up very nicely and looks great. I can only hope that within the next 30 years my girls will be wearing it.
My dress was extremely dirty and had a large stain in the front. Within a week my dress was already back home, clean and beautifully preserved. We are thinking of building a special shelf in our closet for the box to sit on because of how well it looks. Thank you!!

I received my gown back quite quickly and it looks great through the window. They also preserved my veil which was part of my mother's wedding gown so it made me nervous to send in the mail but it also came back very nicely. I would definitely recommend memories gown preservation to anyone looking to preserve their gown.
