I was able to easily send my gown in with the box provided and choose what I wanted from the options. It was hassle free! The only thing is I can't see how well my dress was cleaned because it's sealed in a box. I wish I had pictures of the before and after for the stain removal as I had grass stains on the bottom. But it looks nice in the preservation box!

It looks beautiful, but the bow at the waistline is folded over on itself, and none of the detailing of the veil can be seen (which is long and was used as a train due the the dress not having one). Overall, it looks clean and crisp and a good value.
My mother in law brought my dress into Davids Bridal for me. I received it a few weeks later, from everything I could see it was all done well and quickly.
Your staff typed my address wrong and had UPS deliver my gown to a neighbor! Not great. Service was quick (just over 2 weeks) and it looks great in the box.
