This was an easy & quick process. I felt like I knew where my gown was at every point. I can still get a peak at my dress and dream. Thank you.
I have never heard of this company before however sceptical as I was I finally sent my gown in to Memories Gown Preservation prepaid and boxed. I was informed it would be 6 wks at least. The speed of delivery and confirmed email of receipt from them was a welcomed surprise. I had my next email with return delivery w tracking # in 2 weeks. Thank you for not leaving me hanging wondering where and what we happening to my dress. Kudos

The process to ship the dress was easy. I like the "play by play" emails when they received it and when the dress was headed back home. I wish I could see the bottom since that was where the dirt mainly was. Maybe a before and after picture. The box arrived within few weeks and I nearly cried it brought back memories. I originally planned to sell my dress online but glad I spent the money to preserve it. Monogrammed the box for an added touch. Well worth it.
This whole experience was super easy and quick. I filled out the paper work for what needed to be fixed/cleaned, put it all in the plastic bag, put it in the box and sealed it up. Dropped it off at UPS the next day and received an email just a few days later confirming the arrival of my dress (which when you are sending out a dress that you paid a lot of money on, it is comforting to know the right people received it safely!). It came back a few weeks later in a beautiful sealed box, ready to store away.
My dress and handmade vail came back to me beautiful. It didn't take long for it to come back.
