The preparation was quick and painless. I received my dress in about 3 weeks, and it looks gorgeous. I can't speak for anything other than the top of the dress (because I couldn't see anything other than the top), but I assume that the rest of the dress is clean and spotless. Thanks!

They were very quick and the quality of the cleaning was good. My only criticism is that they put a part of the dress on the front that was meant for the back. Basically it looks like got it a bit turned around. Otherwise it was good.

The gown looked beautiful in the sealed box. But the outside box had been crushed a bit in shipping, and the inside box suffered as well. The seal was not broken though, so that was good. I had my veil cleaned and packed in the box too. But it could have used some more tissue around it, because it ended up in a heap at one end of the box so it wasn't very visible. Overall nice treatment, but there's room for improvement.
