Great. Someone called when I made an overpayment and worked that out for me. Received my gown back sooner than expected. Also the whole process was explained to me after they received my gown

I sent my dress to be cleaned and packaged, I had wine stains and dirt all over the train. When I received my dress back it was as beautifully white as when I bought it. It looks beautiful in the box and I love the personalization ($15) on the front.

Looked okay other than it falls a bit in the box so there is a crease if it is standing upright. laying down, if is shimmy it a bit it looks how it should.
