My dress was very nicely preserved. The process was very simple. I am pleased with this service and would recommend it to a friend.
Super fast shipping! My gown came back in a wrapped, well preserved box. It looks so good that I haven't even had the guts to open it yet!
Everything looks GREAT! Presentation was beautiful and I like that it says on the back that they were able to get all of the stains out. And like a rating of how it turned out - Excellent. HOWEVER, the one suggestion I do have is that it would be nice to have some type of "proof" that the stains were taken out, like a photo of the before and after. Since I had grease stains on the bottom of my dress from rail road tracks, and I am unable to see the bottom of the dress. Obviously since I had it preserved I wont be opening it,... read more

I bought the gown preservation kit from davids bridal. I absolutely love that my wedding gown is out and visible in a safely packed box instead of being shoved in the back of the closet. The dress looks clean and the way they arranged the veil is pretty. The only complaint I have is that my box got dented during shipment :( I realize this is probably the fault of the shipping company, but maybe if the boxes were a little stronger it wouldn't have happened.
