It was good that I can see the dress through the window but I did not want to see the hand bag through.
I was worried the yellow pollen from my lillies would've ruined my dress. My dress came back much faster than it was estimated and looks like a beautiful brand new dress in box. I am very pleased that it was so quick and their is no yellow on my dress!
The gown arrived approximately 3 weeks after I sent it in. It is displayed beautifully in a box so that I can see the gown and it can be displayed while being protected. I could not be happier about the service that I received and the condition of the gown and how it is displayed. The box is larger than I expected, but that is okay.
My gown preservation was a gift from my mother. It came out absolutely beautiful. I love that my gown is protected from wear and tear. It is something I will be able to share with my family for years to come.

When I originally received my dress, I had a packaging problem. I called and spoke with a lady and she told me to return the dress so she could repackage it. I was so impressed with her customer service skills. She was very kind and genuinely wanted to help me. When I received my dress the second time, the packaging was perfect! I hope whoever is reading this can find the lady I am talking about so she can be recognized for doing a job well done. Thank you for making this a good experience for me.
