My dress looks great! They did sick a good job cleaning it and masking it look nice.
I was very impressed with the preservation. I really liked the writing I had done. It makes it look even better. The only thing I was a little disappointed on was my box was bend a little on the bottom around the writing. I'm not sure if that's the way it was or if it was the shipping company.
My gown arrived in a damaged box which happened during shipping and I couldn't have been more pleased with my customer service experience. It was promptly fixed and everyone was extremely nice and apologetic. A+ customer service experience. Thank you!
I was a little upset at first. I was out of town for 2 days, and my dress was left sitting in my porch. And it had downpoured on the 2nd day before I was back, thankfully, the box was wrapped in in a plastic seal, that it did not ruin anything. And for that I am incredibly greatful.
Looks great and nice way to store it and be able to see it still. Just wish I'd thought to send my forget me nots from my bouquet (they were fake, but my fave) to put into it also. Would of been even prettier. Loved how they placed my jacket/shawl with the dress too!
