The Process was easy, it didn't take long for the return of the dress. It looks great!
It is so beautiful in the box!! And it didn't take very long at all!! I am 46 years old this is my first and only wedding!! You made my dress look so beautiful in the box and now I have the opportunity to have a younger generation wear it someday. You have an amazing company and I can't thank you enough!!!
They did a wonderful job with my dress and veil. I have recommended them to all my friends who have up coming weddings! I did have an issue where I requested the personalization on my box and when i received my dress, there was no personalization. I called their customer service and both ladies I spoke to were SO NICE and helpful. They immediately sent me a shipping label to ship the box back for free personalization however they did such a great job I really don't want to send it back! It came back alot quicker than I expected. There is a big wrinkle across the front but that probably occurred during the UPS transit. But it was nicely packaged.
