My dress was shipped both to and from in a very timely and professional manner. I was emailed when the dress was recieved processed and shipped back. The packaging is beautiful and we'll worth the upgrade of having it shrink wrapped. I get to look at it every day and relive the memories of my wedding day. This is an absolute MUST DO for any bride.

My dress looks great
This was a super easy process to get through at a good price with a great turnaround time. The gown came back gorgeous. Even my husband commented how good it looked. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do with my dress but now it's cleaned and preserved so I have time to really consider the options.
The shipping process and the updates were great! Service was great. My main complaint is I have a random tissue falling on the inside of the box, so you can't see the top of my dress and it looks like my dress slumped down at some point and it looks a bit squished inside. I understand that this probably occurred in transit and this is probably not due to the process of your business.
