It was very easy to fill out the forms and send in my dress. They did a beautiful job of displaying it and my extra items I sent too.
It was a quick, easy, and successful process. I got married in January and didn't send it to be cleaned/preserved until the beginning of June. It was here in the beautiful box by the end of the month. I did not have many stains on my dress except for a lot of dirty snow. It came very clean. Plus I did add my veil to the box. It looks amazing. I'm so happy I got this kit through my registry on Bed Bath and Beyond. It was reasonably priced and exactly what I wanted. Thank you for your amazing work!
When I received my dress back I was so happy with the end result it looked so great in the box. One of my friends NIW want to send hers in.
My dress had been sitting in my closet for about a year and half after my outdoor wedding. It was so dirty. It had traces of bbq and dirt all over it. Didnt get it cleaned cause it was going to cost more than the dress itself. Not only was Memories Gown extremely affordable but they did a FANTASTIC job.
