The dress was returned in 3 weeks as stated. The boxed dress looks so beautiful. The dress can be seen through the front viewing. I would recommend this cleaning and storage of the wedding dress to anyone. The box looks like a gift !

Everything came back beautifully packaged in the box. Can't really see how it looks inside just what you can see in the window so I can only tell from what I can see. Looks great
The service was great and the gown looks great in a well packed box.
My daughter had an outdoor wedding. The reception pavillion had a cement floor. The train of her dress was black. I didn't think it would ever come clean, but it did. It looks like the day we picked it up at the bridal shop. Thank you. They did an amazing job.
I got married 3 years ago and finally sent my dress off to be preserved. I waited so long because I was like "oh I'll put it on again for fun some day." You don't. So it sat crumbled in a ball in the corner of our closet floor. Finally I decided to send my dress off. It was so easy to do and I received my dress just a few short days later. WOW! I am donating this dress to Brides Across America, their requirement is to unpackage the gown and send in a smaller box. The gown was so clean and packaged so well. I may not be keeping this as a keepsake, however to pass this to another bride to be, it is important to me that the gown is in pristine condition. Thank you for your time and expertise!
