Wow, incredibly fast service. Gown looks beautiful!
I had a big ball gown dress and was nervous about getting it to fit in a box to send but you get everything needed to ship the dress out and the box was plenty big. They keep you updated every step of the way which is great. The turn around time was unbelievably fast and it looks great. My one change would be to maybe position the veil different. I added my veil for an extra charge and there is detail at the end of my veil (cathedral style) but they didn't include any of the detail in the viewing window. Other then that one ... read more

To whom it may concern ... so I purchased my daughter-in-law's dress at David's Bridal they suggested having it box after the wedding we had it boxed I was impressed with the timely fashion that they sent everything back it was real quick. They continuously sent me updates on when her dress was sent out how long will it be and when to expect it back everything happened under a two week period.. once we received the package and see how beautifully wrapped the dress was it dawned on us that during the reception her zipper had ... read more
