I was surprised to see how nice the dress was preserved in the box.
Was very easy! we need up getting the kit half off when I bought my dress. pretty sure this is how it works for everyone thay buys a dress from David's. I sent it a few weeks after my wedding and got it back very quickly. did not have any issues. can't talk about quality of the cleaning since I will not open the box but from what I can see it looks good! I didn't ask for anything extra and pay any extra money so again cannot review them based on those things.they keep you updated when they receive gown and when they ship bac... read more
