I was very worried about sending my dress out but I am so happy I did! I got my dress back so quickly! When I opened the box I was very pleasantly surprised! The preservation box was absolutely beautiful and the dress was whiter than my wedding day! :) I had quite a bit of RED hair dye all over the back of the dress due to some hair extension mishaps and there was not even a trace of that in the dress!! I am so happy with the speed and care in which you dealt with my dress! Thank you !
I knew my gown was going to be returned to me cleaned and packed but I had no idea I was going to be blown away by the final product. Absolutely professional and beautiful work. I do wish however I did not have to pay extra in order to receive upgraded service. If you stand behind your work the cost should not be increased especially to have the appropriate amount of insurance which $1,000 is the minimum and would not cover the cost. I would probably suggest to others that they shop around before purchasing.
I love my gown! They did such a great job and I got it back within a few days of sending it!
Came back really fast (less than the 4-8 weeks I was told) but I feel like the box could somehow have some kind of decoration for no extra cost. also something to hold the sleeves in place. I had to store mine side ways and now I am worried th sleeve will be messed up in the future because it's stuck on the front of the dress.
The dress looked amazing. They did a wonderfuk job making the dress look beautiful again. Packaging is perfect
