My experience was great! This is such a convenient service. My gown was returned packaged beautifully. I was impressed with how quickly it was returned also. I would recommend this service to friends and family.
Fast turn around. Good cleaning and personalization. There was a small hole on one of the corners of the box that wasn't completely sealed but other than that they were perfect

When I first received my gown the outer box and inner box were damaged. I emailed the company and right away they sent me a link to print a new prepaid ups label so I could send the gown back to them. They re-preserved my gown and when I received it the second time it was perfect!

I was very impressed when the dress arrived. The dress was beautiful and the veil was draped over the front of the dress. I also had my other daughter's dress done about a month ago, both dresses were done beautifully. The dress was returned very quickly. I would recommend doing this process if you want to store the dress. I purchased the kit when I bought the dress for a discounted price.
