Mostly very happy... Did notice there is one small area on the bodice that not smoothed out, and the embellishment is slightly bent. But overall, very nice!

The whole process was amazing! I liked the fact that I was kept informed at every step, when you got the dress, when it left your bussiness, and when I would get it back. The dress looks perfect when it arived back. When you have an expensive dress you want it done right.The whole experience was very professional.

It looks perfect from outside the box , I couldn't open it so I don't know what's it looks on the inside . But, , I take it as you have promised , it 's clean and able to preserving for 30 years , my granddaughter is looking forward to use my wedding gown someday . I'm satisfied with it .
It was a great idea to get this for my wedding dress and veil. You pack everything yourself and ship it off. About 2-3 weeks later, your dress (and whatever other accessories you want to send) come back in a really nice box that's sealed. Of course, I have not opened the box yet and I won't any time soon, but from what I can see it looks beautiful! Totally worth it!
They did an awesome job and I was able to get my dress back fairly quickly!
