I was expecting a smaller decorated box, but instead I got a lager plain white box. Yes it was personalized but box still looks very plain. On a good note, from what I can see through the box is that my dress looks to be very clean. I'm very pleased that delivery was right on time.
It was great I got my train and dress fast and when I called with questions after I received my dress the lady was very nice and answered all my questions! There was no automotive service it was live people!
Felt like princes and my lady that worked w me made it even more fun.

It was super easy to ship out my gown and accessories. My gown was sent back to me rather quickly too and it looks lovely in the display box with my veil. I would recommend this company.
My dress really didn't need any deep cleaning, or need any repairs, however, receiving and email when your company received and shipped my dress was very relieving! My only disappointment is that the dress isn't fitted to anything, it's just kind of slouched. And it looks like a flap on the inside of the box coveres the shoulders....which is the portion with the most beading. The customized box is beautiful
