It was very simple to send my gown back, the pre-addressed and prepaid labels were easy to use. When the gown returned, it was beautifully shaped and presented in the display box. I would recommend all brides use this to store their dresses.
The service was great. My gown shipped back to me a little less than two weeks and I was expecting it to take way longer. They did a great job cleaning it and preserving it. It was very cost effective, especially compared to the dry cleaning pricing in my area. The gown was a little wrinkled at the bottom in the preservation box, but I think it may have had to do with while it was shipping. My gown is as gorgeous as when I first bought it and completed in a very timely manner! I can now cherish it forever.
Great and easy experience. Very simple just pack up the dress and ship it. All the items were included. Couldn't of asked for a more simple process and a lot cheaper than a regular dry cleaners. The display is beautiful too
