Service was fast and dress looks great. I paid for the service when I bought the dress so I was pretty unhappy to find out later that I had to pay more (almost doubling the price) when I sent the dress in. Other than that it was great.

Gown preservations is a excellent company, the return process on my dress was super fast, and everything came back as expected, definitely would recommend them to anybody that needs to preserve anything.
The dress preservation is fabulous. I like the way the veil was placed over the dress, but would have like to see the embellishment of the veil. The gloves were also preserved nicely in the box, but I would have like to be able to see more of them in the window. It is nice to know that they will be preserved for a long time.

The dress looks a little different than I had imagined when it was all wrapped up. Overall they did a good job.
The process was VERY easy. They already give you the box, the packaging/mailing information. All you need to do is fill out the slip and throw your dress, veil, and anything else you want preserved in a bag. It said that it would take 6-8 weeks to get the dress back and I even got it earlier than that. Now obviously you can't take it out of the packaging to really see how well it was cleaned but from what I can tell, they did a great job. A very easy and stress-free process
