2 out of 3 items marked for pre-spotting were not . The spots were on the front and quite obvious. Luckily, I looked before I left , they brought them in the back and quickly removed the spots . Was very disappointed that they did not bother to look for the spots .

I am shocked and dismayed that Woodward/Lincoln store is closed at 3 pm and ON SATURDAY ??? This makes retrieving clothing very difficult ☹️ I suggest open 9-6 pm and Saturday 9-12 ... there are many cleaners in Birmingham - including new Tide Cleaners - I fear clients will move on to more accessible cleaners !! i'm
