First time customer. Went to the Ocotillo location for pickup on Saturday and my items were supposed to be ready the day the before. The guy at the counter told me he couldn't find my items and that I would have to come back on Monday. I needed my items for work on Monday. I then had to probe to find out where my stuff was and he finally told me it could be in Gilbert but then told me I had to call myself and drive over there to get it.
