My clothes was sooooo crisp and clean for just a regular dry clean that I thought they added starch to them when I told them not to. I have on one of the outfits I had them clean and I'm still wrinkle free after several hours mind you these clothes was ironed without starch!!! This is why they get a 5 star rating from me and continuation of my business. Oh yea customer service 5 🌟also. Highly recommended

My experience was great. The young woman that helped me was fun to talk to. I should know her name, how ever my memory is not that good.

Cleaning was good. But, I've been using this place for years and the prices are outrageous! I just paid $25 for a rayon shirt, cotton pants and shorts - $10 of that was to sew on a button.... The counter person wouldn't quote me a price for any of it because "they" had to determine that based on materials. I couldn't believe it when I picked them up! I won't use Lapels again....
The store personnel were as great as always.
