The service at drop off and pickup was fast and professional. They were able to remove a stain from white clothing. In our case their expertise was invaluable. The cleaning was done quickly and the cost was reasonable. The staff did an excellent job. Highly recommend to everyone!

I have used Lapels for over a decade- before the change of ownership. I must say I have no issues with the quality of the dry cleaning but I am extremely disappointed in their service over the past several months. The new owners are not accommodating to their working customers!! Their new hours and policies make it next to impossible to continue to use them. I mean 8-5 Monday-Friday. Limited hours on Saturday, no hours on Sunday and all orders must be PREPAID??? So much for VIP service! So we can't drop it off before w... read more
