I’m sorry I don’t know the lady’s name that works at the Waterloo location, but she makes my visit nice. The cleaning of my comforters was great!

I have used Lapels for years and won't go anywhere else! I love the "clean" dry clean system & the local Edmond location is excellent. The staff there goes above & beyond in customer service!
