Great customer service and dry cleaning. Won't go back to my old cleaners.
Always easy to get in and out with laundry. Love the discounts. My items are usually ready for pickup before the promised date. Always very satisfied with the results.
My wedding suit was brout in, coat cleaned. Pants still have stains. Been sick, sorry did not back, a lot on plate right now. Please call. Was told would clean two, three times or use nuclear energy if had to, haha. Hope pants were done. Does not not look like, should I bring back, right around the corner?
After a first confusing issue about our bag and discount card being returned, I found that Kona cleaners not only came up to bat but also went above and beyond to assist us! I am hoping for a long and happy dry cleaning relationship going forward......
Short relationship since I did not get the pick up bag back that cost me $40.00 for discounts!?? Called and was told it was with my dry cleaning but it is not. I would actually like my money back!
