Dry cleaning is good but, what about those prices? Even after my "discount" I felt that the prices were much higher than most cleaners - does anyone else agree?

I left a message on your ext 88 (Kayla?) on Friday and it was not returned. I used your service once and received my sports jacket back on Thursday, 14 Aug. It's wrinkled and a mess.... was the jacked pressed?

I went in during my lunch break to see if my clothes were done. The desk told me they were, but they could not find 2 of my 12 items, and I waited 20 minute while they looked for them, only to be turned away and told I would be notified when they found them. 3 minutes later I got an email saying they found them. Not a great use of 20 minutes, but they did a great job on my clothes.

I really like the dry cleaning services so far so good but 2 of my bad experience at Kona cleaners its with the customer service I ask simple cuestión to one of the ladies and she was so rude I think was because she was using her cell phone and interrupted . That's the customer service? ?? She's skinny and dark I think her name iis vivían .I wonder why she's not happy? ?

This service was beyond sub-par and honestly very upsetting. I spoke with Kayla on July 7/8 about a pick up on Thursday 7/10. She confirmed my information. On Thursday no one came to the office. I called the office and left 2 voice mails with no response. We ended up dropping our clothes off @ Kona on Friday and they promised us that on Monday our items would be ready. Way expensive, took over a week for 4 shirts, and ended up being late even yet! I had to borrow work clothes cause they weren't ready

I have been using Kona for over 3 years for my dry cleaning and laundering needs. About a year ago I started having trouble with the hole side of of button up shirts being ironed with folded over creases on the rear side, I brought this to the attention of the staff at the Costa Mesa location and they attempted to communicate this back to their "main office" on 17th street but nothing was done about the issue until I finally spoke to someone in Customer service at their 17th st location, the gal I spoke with was able to get... read more

I dropped my pants off on Friday. She told me they will be done Sunday. On Sunday they told me they won't be done till Tuesday. Since I had to start my new job Monday, I had to go out and bye a new pair of pants because I dropped them all off. I will also put this review on yelp. NEVER AGAIN.

You dry cleaned by King and Queen comforters which were poly/cotton and probably could have been laundered. Then you charged me $86, totally ignoring my $25 off coupon I submitted. Not happy.
