I took my cushion cover in to get the zipper fixed I told the cost would be $23 which was cool.. When I picked it up they charged me another $24 to clean it which I did not request I didn't want to hassle the girl so I just paid it but $47 later for a zipper fix really??

This was the first time I used this cleaners. I was told that the dress I dropped off was going to be ready on Friday. When I went to pick up the dress I was told that it wasn't ready. I had traveled especially to this location to pick this up since it is next to my work but I was off that day. The following day when I picked the dress they would not give me a discount. The employee who worked there said she was not authorized to give discounts....

Clothes came out great and I thought pricing was fair. My only issue is I had a 20% off discount card that I bought to use at Kona. When I presented it at time of payment, the girl kinda laughed at me and said "we already have you the discount." I believe she was referring to the 20% off store opening discount given to all customers. I thought it was kind of snark, but I didn't feel like arguing.

Did not pick my clothe for 4 weeks... said system had a glitch in it... and did not return my clothes for 10 days! Horrible! So sorry I bought that dry cleaner card.

I bought the discount coupons and thought I would try out the Kona Cleaners delivery service. I put 8 shirts for laundry and 1 grey wool suit pant for dry cleaning in the purple bag. They picked it up, but then subsequently only returned the 8 shirts. The suit pants never came back, so now I have an expensive suit I can't wear. I cannot trust their system or their service, and I am out of luck on ever getting my clothes back. They didn't offer me any restitution beyond what I was already getting from the coupons I origin... read more

We purchased a second home last Spring, and after trying a couple other cleaners and not being 100% happy, I thought I would try Kona. The girl @ the front counter was extremely friendly, welcomed me to the area and went above and beyond in customer service. Checking for any stains, buttons missing etc. I have had to adjust to Newport Beach prices, as laundry and dry cleaning in Dallas, Texas are 1/3 or 1/2 of what pricing is here! I had my first experience with Kona cleaners in Placentia this month of December. I was very impressed with Jessica and how she handled my concerns with my purse. I was also very pleased how clean my purse was returned to me! Therefore I gave her another Coach purse to be cleaned,. Thank you, Angela
