Josseline is so personable. She remembers me each time, and always has a smile on her face. I wouldn't take my clothes anywhere else except to Josseline at Kona, placentia.
I have been using Kona for several years now. I use the free pickup/dropoff service and have a VIP card. I can't tell you how many times I have to call in and get my bill adjusted because the discount was not applied properly. This service is supposed to provide ease and convenience and I'm not finding that to be true.
Pickup seemed fine they coordinated with my receptionist so I didn't speak with anyone. Only problem was they didn't have my dry cleaning bags I requested. Hopefully next week. Thanks!

They had great customer service. And dry cleaning was complete ahead of schedule. They came highly recommended by a family member so I was glad to see they lived up to the recommendation!
