This was my first time using Kona's services. Ester and Rosa provided great service as I was in a bit of a pinch. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice, professional, and honest. No false promises. Just an honest estimation of what they could do in a short amount of time and the service was provided as stated. I will definitely be back and recommend friends and family to use Kona as well. This was at the Baseline and Cherry location in Fontana.

It's my first time to go to Kona's Cleaners. I'm so pleased with the alteration on my gown. Ezdehar did an excellent job. She even did a matching mask for my gown. Ezdehar along with Rosa, the manager are both very nice, friendly & accommodating. I was told 2 weeks to complete the alteration but they know I'm stressing out on my son's upcoming wedding, Ezdehar finished it within just a week to relieve my stress. Thank you! They are sort of expensive & I don't always receive notifications (email or text) when my clothes are ready. When I call, they always say they sent me notifications. I don't believe that, but overall, they are ok.
