It's my first time to go to Kona's Cleaners. I'm so pleased with the alteration on my gown. Ezdehar did an excellent job. She even did a matching mask for my gown. Ezdehar along with Rosa, the manager are both very nice, friendly & accommodating. I was told 2 weeks to complete the alteration but they know I'm stressing out on my son's upcoming wedding, Ezdehar finished it within just a week to relieve my stress. Thank you! Izdahart did a professional job with my jacket. She paid attention to detail. It's refreshing to receive good customer service in a time where it's almost non existent. The young lady who helped at the desk knows her job as well, apologies for not getting her name. Thank you!

They are sort of expensive & I don't always receive notifications (email or text) when my clothes are ready. When I call, they always say they sent me notifications. I don't believe that, but overall, they are ok.

My entire experience at Kona cleaners was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and Ezdehar did an amazing job altering my bridesmaid's dress. They were also able to do this in fewer than 5 business days! Highly recommend Kona Cleaners and Ezdehar!
