I would wish when I dropped off my clothes that they would tell me how much it was gonna be. I had sticker shock when I picked up my clothing. I Didn't know it was gonna be over $200?. It would be nice if they could just say, by the way, this is gonna cost this much. It's gonna haunt this much.

Our staff does not know the pricing upon drop off but they can create the invoice if you are willing to wait in the lobby and let them know you want to know what your total will be.
