Kona did a good job cleaning my dresses, however I am not happy with the customer service, especially the staff working at the front desk both times when I dropped my dresses and picked them up. I didn’t feel welcomed, no facial expression on their faces whatsoever which made me feel I don’t want to come back any more
My pants are wrinkled around the front pockets not happy
1st time visit just lost one shirt. When I pick up the clothes, didn't tell me about 1 shirts is missing, really upset me! now is 3days, still didn't hear from the store! what kind of service this is?!?!
I will not be returning. New customer, signed up and received several emails and coupons (including a New Customer 20% off) But was not allowed to use it. Must be used when dropping off, how would I know that or even have it if I’m a new customer?! Poor customer service.
Clothes were cleaned but not completely pressed... I had to iron the areas on the blouses near the stitching on arm areas.
I will NEVER GO BACK HERE!! Brought in 8 dress shirts and a Sports Coat. Went to pick it up and they only had 8 shirts No Jacket! I told them that the jacket wasn't there and she needed the color and brand of jacket. I said I don't know the brand because these are my sons clothes and she says there's nothing I can do without knowing the brand that she would have to go through every garment looking for it which is a lot of work.
