Didn't get the 25% off I was told I would. Only 15%.

I was quoted one price of $28. for two tablecloths. When I picked them up the following day I was totally in shock we she said that I had to pay $50 and some change. I could have brought 2 new tablecloths for that price. So no, I will not be using your cleaner.

I tried all day long to access this coupon and kept getting the message “oops, something went wrong. Try again”. After a number of tires I stopped. I tried one last time and now the coupon is expired. I’m usually very happy with Kona Cleaners but this is a disappointment.

First time at Kona and your people misplace two of the items. The lack of concern and I dont know what happened attitude is icing on the cake. I really needed these items, find them.

I picked up my uniform (quick turnaround), and my uniform did not have the normal creases a law enforcement uniform shirt is supposed to have. They did, however, press the collar down like I asked. When I brought the shirt back, the associate accepted the uniform and was very apologetic, which I appreciated. The shirt was accepted to have it redone, at no charge. My order was not ready when they said it would be, so I had to make another trip to pick the remainder of my order. I noticed I was overcharged on first pickup and when I went to pick the remaining order I told them about the overcharge. They could not refund me because a manger was not available, They told me a manager would call me which never happened! Disappointing!

1) my down comforter smells like an industrial warehouse and was severely damaged. I’ve had this down dry cleaned A few times at different locations and never has it been damaged or smelled so bad. 2) the dress shirts were incredibly wrinkled and smell bad as well. 3) the suit was also wrinkled and doesn’t even look like it was cleaned Yet, I was charged $106 for this. Last time they charged $8 per patch to sew on now they charged $10. I ask why so much she said patch was bigger. They were the same size. $10 is a little much to sew on a patch. When I lived in Chino Hills they changed me $5. That’s the last time I bring my jacket to get a patch put on.
