Part of clothing not ready when it was promised.. Pants not pressed according to my instructions/specifications, had to return it. I'm livid that not all my clothes were ready at the specified time before a very important business trip. This is has happened before, but tried to give them a second chance. I wasn't even offered a discount for their mistakes.

The dress had already been cut at the bottom and extra fabric with a straight hem was brought along to add to the length. The alteration was done in one day as per your request since you told us that you needed for a wedding. I hope you change your mind in the future and that we see you again! I was quoted one price of $28. for two tablecloths. When I picked them up the following day I was totally in shock we she said that I had to pay $50 and some change. I could have brought 2 new tablecloths for that price. So no, I will not be using your cleaner.

I tried all day long to access this coupon and kept getting the message “oops, something went wrong. Try again”. After a number of tires I stopped. I tried one last time and now the coupon is expired. I’m usually very happy with Kona Cleaners but this is a disappointment.

I picked up my uniform (quick turnaround), and my uniform did not have the normal creases a law enforcement uniform shirt is supposed to have. They did, however, press the collar down like I asked. When I brought the shirt back, the associate accepted the uniform and was very apologetic, which I appreciated. The shirt was accepted to have it redone, at no charge. My order was not ready when they said it would be, so I had to make another trip to pick the remainder of my order. I noticed I was overcharged on first pickup and when I went to pick the remaining order I told them about the overcharge. They could not refund me because a manger was not available, They told me a manager would call me which never happened! Disappointing!
