Maria Employee and Karla the Manager have bad passive aggressive customer relationships. Don’t go here Eastvale Kona locations. Never have experienced this before with any company. Read Yelp reviews. High employee turnaround and poor Public Relations.

Just spoke with Karla the area manager to follow up with who called me to open my gate at 9:58pm. Karla stated that the male delivery driver by the name of Kevin gave a woman who was ahead of him at the gate my gate code. This woman called my phone to open the gate and who also knew I had two comforters picked up does not work for them. This is a follow up from my last review. My items were picked up successfully. I received a text message with great customer service. A young lady called asking that I let her in the gate and announced that she was from kona cleaners. She was a little rough in asking but I let her in the gate. Later this evening someone called my phone asking me to open the gate at 9:58pm stating they were from Kona cleaners and they were here earlier picking up my comforter. Hello Shay, I can guarantee that nobody in our company called you at that time. Our work cell phone is kept in-store after hours and nobody was there during that hour. It is clear that our pick up and delivery service is not the right fit for you. We believe that it is best for both you and us if we no longer offer you that service. We will transfer the current order to the store at Limonite that you have stated you have had a good experience so that you may pick up from there when it's ready.
I have been in there twice to pick up items and each time they never give me all of my items. I’d like to pick up the tie please let me know what I need to tell them when picking up so I get all of my items. Julie Farias

Last order I was overcharged for two of my shirts - I was charged for dry cleaning when they were just laundered. I was told that a refund was going to be made, but it was never done. I went to the store off Schleisman and Archivald
Part of clothing not ready when it was promised.. Pants not pressed according to my instructions/specifications, had to return it. I'm livid that not all my clothes were ready at the specified time before a very important business trip. This is has happened before, but tried to give them a second chance. I wasn't even offered a discount for their mistakes.

Hello Ms. Ramirez, I'm sorry you didn't like the way that your dress came out. The seamstress did follow instructions during your consultation as well as the follow up phone call. The dress had already been cut at the bottom and extra fabric with a straight hem was brought along to add to the length. The alteration was done in one day as per your request since you told us that you needed for a wedding. I hope you change your mind in the future and that we see you again!
