I really like how quickly it was to drop off and pick up. And even more so, I love that 1 day turn is included. However, I would love it even more if there was an option to leave my items there for longer and pay a lower rate.
All the staff was very kind, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable of their job. Also I felt very cared for like family. I liked that. It gave me confidence that they were going to take care of my delicate dresses. And they did. It was my first time coming. I didnt know you would text me when my items were finished, so I went when they said they would be finished. Only one of my items were finished. Next time I guess I will wait for the text.
