Johns cleaners has been my cleaners for decades. There is nothing they can’t handle. I brought in a tailored made jacket that needed special handling with the pressing of the lapels. Came back perfectly done. Their cleaning method always leaves my clothes smelling fresh, not like body sweat from other cleaners that I have previously used. I would not trust my clothes to any other cleaners.

Took my service coat to get dry cleaned and a button came off on the shoulder. They didn’t even tell me about it and were going to let me walk out the door before I noticed it. They went to look for it, couldn’t find it and told me “sorry”. Absolutely absurd. I’m in the Air Force and I cannot wear this without it. Do not get your uniforms dry cleaned here. This is the second time this has happened to me with them.

I think I got charged $27 to have the quilt put in a plastic bag. It certainly wasn't cleaned. There are even white spots on it.

I'm "high risk" for the virus, so I walked to the drive-up window and dropped off and picked up cleaning at a safe distance from a very courteous staff person.

When I dropped off my rug I told the woman that my rug had a pet stain on it and that it needed to be treated, she told me how much my rug would cost me to be cleaned. A week later I received a call telling me that since my rug had a pet stain on it that it would cost more to clean. I said yes, it does have a stain I told the woman when i dropped it off and she told me that it would cost X dollars. I was notified my order was ready but they couldn't find my shirt. The young lady said she'd call me that day, Monday when she found it. She didn't. I called this am and they'd found it. Disappointed with service and followup.
