The quality of the work/cleaning is great! The service needs work, went through the drive-through so I would not have to get out of the car only to have the employee pass my laundry through the window which meant I had to pull up with my laundry hanging out the window so I could open the door to get out to put my laundry in the backseat. This should not happen!

Drive thru is terrible. Why even have it? Employees are too lazy to walk outside and put your cleaning in the car. They just hand it to you through the window. And don’t even think of not mentioning the coupon they email you when dropping off. Because they will explain to you how they can’t take it and you should “read the small print”. Overpriced and totally not worth it.

I specifically requested tailoring of my pants pockets and for them to iron my suit coats so the seam behind the collar didn't show. They did neither correctly. They tried to charge me for the tailoring they didn't do and I sincerely doubt they even ironed my collars at all.
Always the same standard ---5 star.

Dry cleaning of formal US Navy Uniform was done very well. Hemming of uniform pants and dry cleaning of the second pair of paint were done very well also.

A little bit of sticker shock when I picked my items up. I had taken in a mid-knee length dress and a scarf to be dry cleaned and it cost me $24.50! I had never paid that much to have dry cleaning done. I just moved to the area and this was the only place that would have my items done by Friday. Looking at their site for pricing it’s cheaper to have your items laundered then it is to be dry cleaned. I most likely will not be returning.
