John and his team are consistently friendly, helpful and very efficient. I have dropped off at one location and picked up at another, lost stuff that they have found and helped with apsome cleaning of some next to impossible items and always have outstanding results. I brought some shirts to you three years ago, the staff was incredibly rude. I couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Just letting you know. I’ll never go to your store again. I tried to recycle some hangers, some dry cleaning bags. And it was negative on all fronts. So, yeah… Good luck.
Very disappointed that when i had an issue several months back and no one responded. Provided feedback here, sent an email from website, called and left a message, went in the store and left a message for the manager to address the issue with my account but never heard back.
I sent feedback also through your website but no response. I attempted to use my 25% off coupon on Sat but the woman there basically told me that since i clicked on a household coupon i can never use another coupon until that one is redeemed. Poor system, I told her I'd have to find somewhere else to do business and she didn’t care and said that is just how it is.
