There are only positive things to say about John’s. From the impeccable cleaning, the email reminders and the quick turn around time, this place is top notch. Another wonderful attiribute is the staff. John is often in the shop, and very pleasant and Ashley and Shy are awesomely helpful and friendly every time I come in. I would give more than five stars if able.
Love how friendly everyone is. Amber always remembers my name and greets me with a smile. Great cleaners. They take great care of my clothes.
I like the text reminder that I can reply to indicate no need for a drive-by. Problem is that when I'm out of the country, like now, the text does not get to me. You should support an email notification that you don't need to come.
