3.50 a shirt makes me seek another cleaner. You should have discounting for regular customers

A funny thing happened when I went to pick up my dress at John's. After I verified the last four digits of my phone number, the young man said, "You passed the first test". I said, "that's funny, I just got a blood test and after I verified my last name and date of birth the guy said, 'you passed the first test'". The fellow at John's said, "Really? A glitch in the simulation!" I laughed about that all afternoon!
You are always the best dry cleaner especially if I have stains. However your pricing is extremely high. I can’t afford going to you regularly. It’s at least 50% higher than other cleaners. It’s too bad or I would be a regular.
Tailored sleeves looked unprofessional. I asked to dry clean and that was not done.
