I would like to rate zero stars. I use extra heavy starch on everything I wear. My jeans were soaking wet when I picked them up. My shirts had zero starch, and the collars were wrinkled. When I stated my frustration to the young man helping me, he blew me off. I will never use this place again.
Clothes came out nicely. Carpets ceaning were too expensive: $29 carpet was charged $50 and less than $300 carpet was charged $200 for cleaning. Will not bring carpets for cleaning there.

My coupons rarely get applied and when I call to get some answers I do not get a call back
I try to pay always ahead of time and the employees act like I’m from outer space. Was annoying trying to drop 9 shirts to pressed only and an old lady and a young guys wanted me to step outside the line while I was waiting to pay for my order like I was interrupting them. I like to pay ahead of time just to make sure if I’m not feeling well someone else can pick them up for me since I’m a cancer patient, I don’t feel well all the time. Very disappointed
Good Service. All shirts were supposed to have extra starch. Only one did. Some of the shirts had lint on them
The comforter was very crumpled in the bag when I picked it up. It does not really smell clean.
Your price is too high for washing and ironing shirts. It's only $2 at the last one I went to in Broomfield.
I had a coat cleaned. When I dropped off the coat I mentioned that I had a button missing and that I was aware. The woman working heard me, but made no comment. When I picked up the coat I noticed that they had sewn on a button that didn't match the others. I have the missing button at home and was going to sew on when I got the coat back. Wondering how much I got to pay for a button that doesn't match. I wish the woman would have asked me if I wanted a button sewn on.
