Love the convenience of pickup and delivery . Clothes came back smelling great. Whites were bought and crisp.
Brought 4 items for cleaning. Got 4 back quickly. One jacket had a rip, which was there before, but lost the "repair" after Green Apple Cleaners cleaned it. But Jenn, the manager, spent a lot of time with me getting it back to where it was before, and gave me extra material in case it happened again.
Given many choices of where to spend my money, the difference in service often boils down to how you are treated. Green Apple Cleaners offers an exemplary experience in customer service. David, the owner, facilitated my tailoring needs and Jennifer, the manager, professionally and courteously handled the paperwork. Also Nico picked up and delivered my shirts to me. Friendly, helpful service - I needed my clothing items back quickly which they did, true to their word, and gave me a discount as first time user. They messaged me when the clothing was ready to pick up. Carefully laundered, worth it.
