Extremely disappointed with Green Apple. Their hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00, how do they expect their customers who are working to pick up their clothes during workday hours? I wrote several emails but never received a response. I received an email stating they were going to discard my clothes if I did not pick them up. This current schedule is not fair to customers who have to work. Of course I want to pick you clothes, but I’m not going to lose pay just to pick up my dry cleaning.

I have dealt with Green Apple Cleaners only once. Several months ago I left a tie for cleaning. A couple of days later, I paid them and picked up the tie. Since then, they have continued to dun me for the bill. Each time, I send them this message: "I paid at the time I picked up the tie. If I had not paid, you would not have released the tie to me. I have the tie. You do not. Therefore I paid." Their only response has been to resend the bill. They have never acknowledged my email or responded to the substance of the message.... read more

You tell me you are going to donate my stuff but every time I contact you, no one can help me. I contacted someone and they said they would call me back. That was 3 weeks ago, meanwhile I called your main office and left a message and no one has called me back. So if you donate my stuff. Be prepared to pay me money for my clothes!!!
