I was very impressed by the professionalism, care, concern, and obvious expertise of this establishment. They did a wonderful job cleaning the slipcovers for my sofa. They were honest, open and detailed about everything. Their representative Jen, at the Garfield st location was very dedicated to making this a good experience for me. Her communication was excellent. No other cleaners appeared to be interested in or capable of doing this excellent job.
