I tried washing my winter coat according to the label 3 times.. The feathers left stains each time I washed it. I decided to try wet cleaning. Jen was hesitant, but we decided to take a chance anyway. The coat looked brand new when I picked it up. This will be the only place that I use for any services based on the honesty and the quality of the service that I received 😁
