I was told the wrong price, I was told the wrong time it would take.... then when you noticed the mistake you couldn´t keep the second deadline either. Instead of telling me where the closest location was to pick up my coat you simply delivered it on your own to the hotel of course with extra charging me. Not to mention that it came so late (Sunday instead of Thursday) that I didn´t get it for the wedding (for which it should it have been cleaned for in the first place). So yeah... that´s why it sucked. Big time...
Everyone at the location in Parkslope was really nice and helpful. My only complaint is I had asked for my shirt to be laundered expecting the "Laundered Shirt (Hanger) price on your price list and it looks like they charged me for the Hand Finished Shirt which I did not ask for. I was wondering why it was more expensive than I expected. I didn't realized it til I got home.
I really appreciate the delivery/pickup service and the email that I received telling me when my clothes would be ready. It seems that the organization of that has gotten much better. Also the driver is always very friendly and we are just so happy to have a green cleaners option in our neighborhood. Thank you!
Great cleaning job, on most of my articles. But, you lost my bags that I brought the articles in. Your attendant replaced one of them, and the other one must have been caught by one of you at the factory.
One day wash and fold service. Three days for that is too long and not competitive with other cleaners in the neighborhood, all of whom offer same day laundry service. I won't be coming back because I like my dry cleaning and laundry done at the same place for convenience.
Charming counter-people...Amy, Liam, and Fanny...and excellent service.
Mostly happy. Only reservation is that the dish towel I included in the wash shrunk horribly!
